La biodiversidad, como un recurso invaluable que sustenta la vida en nuestro planeta, actualmente se encuentra frente a constantes desaf\u00edos debido a la expansi\u00f3n urbana y la p\u00e9rdida de h\u00e1bitats naturales. Sin embargo, existe una creciente conciencia sobre la necesidad de proteger y conservar la riqueza natural que nos rodea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar del inter\u00e9s de las empresas y el poco avance en la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias corporativas en beneficio de la biodiversidad, las acciones y metas no han sido suficientes.\u00a0 El Banco Mundial indica que m\u00e1s del 50% del PIB mundial depende directamente de la biodiversidad y se ha convertido en un imperativo vital para todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos, por ello, es importante contar con indicadores s\u00f3lidos para medir y monitorear el progreso de las acciones y supervisar los impactos directos e indirectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, PIIMA en colaboraci\u00f3n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/\">USGBC<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalnature.org\/en\/home\">Global Nature Fund<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpmesoamerica.org\/\">BPM<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambitocr.com\/\">Ambito Arquitectura<\/a>, elaboraron una gu\u00eda integral que busca disminuir los riesgos que las edificaciones representan para la biodiversidad,&nbsp; considerando los sistemas de certificaci\u00f3n LEED Y SITES, y las distintas fases de la construcci\u00f3n;&nbsp; Planificaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o, Construcci\u00f3n, Operaci\u00f3n y Mantenimiento.
