Piima ha estado presente en Greenbuild desde 2012, ya que es el evento anual más grande para profesionales de la construcción sustentable en todo el mundo, donde se obtienen soluciones para mejorar la resiliencia, la sostenibilidad y la calidad de vida en nuestros edificios, ciudades y comunidades. Piima ha sido ponente desde 2018 en Greenbuild.

Desde 2009, se ha coordinado el desarrollo de un Taller Anual de Sostenibilidad para PGIM Real Estate, en el cual se han capacitado a más de 1000 personas, apoyando así la transformación el mercado inmobiliario, a uno más Sostenible.

In 2024, we once again had the opportunity to attend the Greenbuild 2024 edition, which inspires us with new ideas and goals, fueling our passion for sustainable operations. This event always addresses relevant and up-to-date topics, presenting various tools to drive different sectors of the construction industry.
This year, we were particularly interested in new trends in the analysis of embodied carbon in materials, which are crucial for the new version of LEED, as well as the promotion of pedestrian mobility in work and social environments.

PIIMA's participation in Greenbuild 2023, held from September 26-29 in Washington D.C., allowed us to identify trends and new pathways in sustainable building construction, addressing key topics such as decarbonization, resilience, and equity in the built environment. During the event, the launch of LEED Version 5 was highlighted, introducing advancements in areas such as health, natural resource optimization, and biodiversity conservation.
