Director of Engineering and Certifications

He is a civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the design, management and construction of real estate projects. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Planning Engineering both from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM). In addition, he holds Green Associate accreditations from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and EDGE Expert from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which endorses his experience in the development of sustainable projects. Currently, his focus is on the analysis of projects with the objective of reducing the carbon footprint of the materials used in construction and the certification of assets under sustainability standards.

Ing. Arq. Julio Leal Ramos

Engineering and Certification Manager

Julio Leal. Architect Engineer with experience in buildings design, planning and construction. His knowledge and experience is focused on project management in the Real Estate sector, environmental certifications and development of sustainable strategies for green buildings. Julio has managed ESG consulting projects with a focus on risk prevention and mitigation that comply with ESG performance assessments of the current market, always aligned to standards and reporting frameworks related to climate change and biodiversity.

Ing. Arq. Aldahir B. Alvarado Ramírez

Sustainability Manager

Architect with experience in the real estate and sustainability sector, he has developed and collaborated in creating corporate ESG strategies, reporting, ESG performance and environmental assessments, and certifications, among others. Currently, he leads initiatives at PIIMA to improve the performance of real estate portfolios and align them with ESG and decarbonization criteria. His comprehensive approach combines the trends required by the sector with regulatory compliance, supporting clients to have more sustainable practices.

Norma Rebeca Curiel Flores

Deputy Sustainability Manager

Architectural Engineer, with a focus on the real estate sector. She has knowledge and experience in the management, planning and dissemination of projects for the care, protection and mitigation of impacts of biodiversity in the sector. Determination of dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities for the good socio-environmental management of real estate projects. Sustainability reports aligned with SASB and GRI as well as ISO 14001: 2015 and their management for the administrative development of Environmental Management Systems.
