In 2024, we once again had the opportunity to attend the Greenbuild 2024 edition, which inspires us with new ideas and goals, fueling our passion for sustainable operations. This event always addresses relevant and up-to-date topics, presenting various tools to drive different sectors of the construction industry. This year, we were particularly interested in new trends in the analysis of embodied carbon in materials, which are crucial for the new version of LEED, as well as the promotion of pedestrian mobility in work and social environments.

At PIIMA JV, we will closely consider the changes in LEED v5, leveraging tools such as ARC and new certifications like MODE Score, in addition to platforms like Climate First. It is a demanding path, but we are highly enthusiastic about it. We believe these actions will not only help us meet the LEED v5 requirements but also drive us to lead the transformation toward more sustainable and responsible construction.
